Data we gather

As a Visitor to SailStMaarten.com we do not by default, require you you to provide any personally identifiable information, unless you choose to use certain features to interact with our site. If you reserve a trip with us that entails an international journey, we will require you to send us a copy of the passport of each person in your party. This information is forwarded to the Customs and Immigration Authority of your destination. We hold your passport information securely and only as long as it takes to facilitate our official duties. All copies of your passport information are securely deleted from our systems when no longer needed (on completion of your trip). 

Please note, at the present time, SailStMaarten.com does not support or require our visitors to register as Users. However, we may do so in a future update and this policy will be updated accordingly.

  • YouTube
    Some video content on our site is hosted on YouTube.com. We may provide your IP Address to YouTube in order for YouTube to determine if you are a YouTube user with your own personal preferences on their website.
