How to Reserve a Trip with Celine Charters

1. The preferred method to reserve your place aboard Celine Charters is to use our automated, online reservation system. On any of our tour pages and various other locations, you’ll find a “Book Now” button. Click this button to begin the online reservation process. Our online reservation system features real-time availability and allows you to choose any available tour options. You can complete the entire process within minutes and the reservation will be immediately confirmed. Our online system uses a fully secure connection; any and all information you provide will be kept confidential. You’ll find more detailed steps on how to complete an online reservation in the section entitled Celine Charters Online Reservations.
2. For those not comfortable with online transactions, we welcome you to call or email us directly and we will assist you with the reservation process using more traditional methods.

Things you need when making a new Reservation

There are a few basic things that we need from you in order to reserve your trip…

• We will require an initial deposit, typically 20% of the total balance. (See Payment Methods, below)
• Your Name or the Name of the principal guest
• Your contact details, in case we need to get in touch prior to your departure:
  • An email address
  • A contact phone number
  • Your hotel, resort, or local accommodations
• The name of the trip you intend to book
• The intended trip date
• The number of guests
• Any special needs or dietary restrictions

Accepted Payment Methods

Celine Charters offers several payment methods to make your initial deposit or final balance.  

Cash is always the preferred payment method where it is convenient. It is also the most economical method that does not involve additional credit charges.

Where cash is not convenient, we can accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note, there may be a credit charge if you choose to pay by card
