The Cruise Ship Charter

$1150 for up to 10 people. $115 for each additional person. Transport back is included.

Pickup at Bobby’s Marina in Philipsburg at 9.45 am

I will fetch you from Bobby’s Marina (A) in Philipsburg (click for larger map), which is a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal (B). You walk towards Philipsburg and Bobby’s Marina is just before the the gas station. I will be at Bobby’s at 9.45 am.

After boarding we will sail down the coast heading for Long Beach. The sail is about an hour. Long Beach is where the famous La Samanna resort is situated.

Long Beach is a long white sand beach, with the anchorage tucked behind a huge rocky headland. The water is usually crystal clear, there is also a large shoal of fish that just love to be fed bread.

There is snorkeling against the rocks, the water is always Caribbean warm, the Caribbean at its best. There is an open bar on board all day. Consisting of rum punch, beer, wine, vodka, gin, scotch, soft drinks and bottled water. Here we swim or just relax in the water with a “noodle” I have a floating bar which we hang off the back of the boat, pure relaxation.

We leave Long Beach at 12 pm, heading for Bay Rouge. I will serve lunch at Bay Rouge. Lunch consists of a seafood paella, blackened mahi mahi, BBQ ribs and a selection of four different salads and garlic bread.

One little boy a few weeks ago told his mother,: “The food on this boat is better than on the cruise ship!!” There is a tunnel at Bay Rouge, for the more adventerous to swim through.

We leave Bay Rouge at 2 pm to be at the French bridge at the 2.30 opening. At the French bridge we have a little “Frozen drink surprise” for you.

We then head back to Skipjacks restaurant in Simpson Bay through the Simpson Bay lagoon, the largest lagoon in the Caribbean. We will be at Skipjacks at 3 pm. I will arrange transport for you back to the cruise ship, or to Philipsburg, for some shopping.

The price for up to 10 people is $1150. The transport back is included. More than 10 people the price is $115 per person.
