Peg Leg Pub - When Jack and Linda Parker decided to leave Arizona for St. Maarten, they had two objectives. First, get away from Arizona's scorpions. And second, create a place where people could come for the best steaks in the Caribbean and some genuine relaxation. The bar looks like something from a traditional dark-walled English pub. But on our walls, you'll see dozens of nautical artifacts that betray our devotion to the Caribbean and the Atlantic, both of which touch our wonderful little island. Located on the Dutch side of the Island, Peg Leg Pub is a popular nightspot for travelers from around the world.  Everyone is welcome on the "Friendly Island", and at Peg Leg Pub.

Turtle Pier Restaurant - Situated directly over Simpson Bay lagoon near the airport, Turtle Pier offers an extensive selection of Caribbean foods, seafood's, beef, and more, plus sumptuous desserts. Select your own Caribbean lobster right from their lobster pool! Wednesday night is lobster night, and entertainment is offered several nights a week. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Jimbo's Mesquite Grill - Jimbo's Mesquite Grill is serving Tex-Mex with a twist in a rock and blues café in Simpson Bay. The twist is fresh ingredients with a hint of the Caribbean. A bit of Tex, mix in some Mex, a slice of Santa Fe, and a little local. Find it all at the entrance to the marina or just listen for the Rock and Blues wafting out and follow your ear. Dine on our covered patios surrounding our pool and waterfall.

Uncle Harry's - (no current web site but linked to Ray's restaurant review) - located at 72 Airport Road along the airport runway is a popular stop, if only to meet Harry. Among other things, Harry's is famous for their fresh seafood, especially live lobster and shrimp, with great steaks too. Harry can also be seen on the Food Channel show that was filmed on St. Maarten in May of 2003.

La Petite Auberge Des Isles - (no current web site but linked to Ray's restaurant review) - located at Marina Port la Royale, Marigot. French and Creole cooking with friendly service and great prices. Dailey specials and a fix price three course menu that is one of the best deals on the island. This is a not to be missed stop for Grand Case type meal at about half the cost. Closed Sundays. White Sands Retreat - is a private 2 bedroom 1 bath home just 50 yards from Simpson Bay Beach on Dutch Sint Maarten. Located in Beacon Hill, a neighborhood of other private homes where your peace and privacy are assured. Vacation weekly rental is now available at special low rates starting at $895.                                                          

Sint Maarten Rental Weeks - Ray & Anthony Minelli have started this website for timeshare owners to sell and rent their units to buyers and renters direct. Simply list any timeshare property you wish to sell or rent here on their site. Submit all contact information for buyers and renters to contact you directly themselves. (No agents) Transact all business direct and if you need any help they are there to assist.

Buccaneer Beach Bar -  There located on Kim Sha Beach at the Atrium Hotel in Simpson Bay. On their website you'll find lots of information and hundreds of links to everything on the Island. There open everyday from 11AM to at least 11PM, and the BBQ Grill is open everyday from 11AM to 9PM.

Sunset Beach Bar - Great food, drinks, location and fun. Visit their site for a live web cam from the bar and extensive links. This is also an excellent place to see all the planes land and take off.

Ric's Place - The island's first and most popular Tex-Mex Restaurant/ Sports Bar, Ric's Place has just expanded to two locations. Its original location on Front Street in Phillipsburg just west of the center of town has been joined by a new location in Simpson Bay on Airport Road just west of the drawbridge. Both Ric's have the same great menu and legendary Ric's service. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. See why so many people make Ric's required stop during their visit to St. Maarten! Bring your darts and try your hand in the dart room at the new Simpson Bay location! Try their blended Black Angus burger, heralded as the Best in the Caribbean! Mary's Boon - St. Maarten's little secret....Experience the magic. Ray's SXM Site - Ray Mann has been visiting the island for many years and has built an extremely helpful site for visitors with trip report back to 1996 and current restaurant reviews. He also maintains useful tips and FAQ's.

SXM-INFO - An excellent source for information on restaurants, activities, car rentals, shopping, hotels and much much more.

Island Information - Jeff Berger's St. Maarten/ St. Martin site, by many accounts the largest SXM site on the Internet, includes lots of details about restaurants, hotels, timeshare condos, villas, reduced cost airfares and car rentals, beaches, things to see and do, etc. The site also includes restaurant and shopping coupons and many island links.

St. Maarten Yacht Club - Official sponsor of the Heineken Regatta. Any sailor who has visited St. Maarten can attest to the fact that our sailing conditions are among the best and near perfect.

St. Maarten Tourist Bureau - This is the official home page of the Dutch St. Maarten visitor information center. 

Office du Tourisme de Saint Martin - This is the official home page of the French tourist bureau.

SHTA - The St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association. This site has information on the largest tourism industry association on the island.

Best Western San Juan Airport Hotel - If your travel takes you through San Juan, Puerto Rico we recommend the Best Western San Juan Airport Hotel for overnight stays.  It is the only airport hotel and is located at the entrance of the American Airlines terminal.

Accuweather - The best site for current conditions and 5 or 10 day weather forecasts as well as maps and satellite photos.

Accuweather Hurricane Info - Excellent site for tropical storm and hurricane tracking, projections and photos.

The Daily Herald - Online version of the local newspaper as well as access to message boards.

Sapphire Beach Club - A beautiful timeshare resort at Cupecoy Beach. Owners often charter the Celine for Sunset cruises and Day Charters.

Summit Resort - A quiet hotel and timeshare resort overlooking Simpson Bay Lagoon.

The Ocean Club - A resort and timeshare at Cupecoy Beach. The Oasis Cafe is located here.

St. Maarten-Info - This is a large informative St. Maarten internet site. It contains a number of St. Maarten link directories, such as the St. Maarten accommodations, businesses and entertainment pages.

Philipsburg Jubilee Library -  Philipsburg Jubilee Library was founded on 23 November 1923, the year in which Queen Wilhelmina celebrated her silver jubilee. Hence the name Philipsburg Jubilee Library. Through this website you have access to information on more than 100 local clubs and organizations.
