The 3/4 day charter starts at 8.30 am at Skipjacks, going through the 9 am bridge.

We sail down to Long Beach. The sail is about an hour. Long Beach is where the famous La Samanna resort is situated. There is a long white sand beach, with the anchorage tucked behind a huge rocky headland. The water is usually crystal clear, there is also a large shoal of fish that just love to be fed bread.

There is snorkeling against the rocks, the water is always Caribbean warm, the Caribbean at its best. There is an open bar on board all day. Consisting of rum punch, beer, wines, vodka, gin, scotch, soft drinks and bottled water. Here we swim or just relax in the water with a “noodle” I have a floating bar which we hang off the back of the boat, pure relaxation.

We leave Long Beach at noon, heading for Bay Rouge. I will serve lunch at Bay Rouge. Lunch consists of a seafood paella, blackened mahi mahi, BBQ ribs and a selection of 4 salads, with garlic bread. One little boy a few weeks ago told his mother, “The food on this boat is better than on the cruise ship”!!”

There is a tunnel at Bay Rouge, for the more adventurist to swim through. We leave Bay Rouge at 2 pm to be at the French bridge at the 2.30 pm opening. At the French bridge we have a little “Frozen drink surprise” for you. We then head back to Skipjacks restaurant through the Simpson Bay lagoon, the largest lagoon in the Caribbean. We will be at Skipjacks at 3 pm.

The price for the day is $1150 for up to 10 people. More than 10 the charge is $115 per person.
